Privacy notice

Hallon is the controller for the personal data described here. For any question about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights below, email hello@hallon.ai.

Only what you type into the early-access form:

• Work email address, company name, role, company type and country.
• Optionally, a product or comparison case, and a description of how you handle cross-referencing today.
• Technical context attached to the submission: the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, the referring page, and which version of the page you saw.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run cross-site tracking, and we do not build a profile of you from other sources.

To decide which products and customer segments the first version of Hallon Interchange should cover, and to contact you about early access and about the case you submitted. We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

We will not add you to a newsletter or any unrelated marketing on the strength of that consent.

Submissions are handled by a small number of service providers acting on our instructions: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and the storage we use to keep the list of submissions. Providers may change as the product develops; the categories will not expand beyond hosting, email delivery and storage without this notice being updated.

A product or comparison case you send us may be used internally to prioritise coverage and to test the product. We will not publish it, quote it, or attribute it to you or your company in any public material without asking you first.

Until the early-access programme ends, or for 24 months from your submission, whichever comes first — and sooner if you ask us to delete it. We remove submissions that turn out to be spam straight away.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Email hello@hallon.ai and we will act on it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

We measure page views and which parts of the page people use, in aggregate. Free-text you submit — in particular any product or comparison case — is never included in analytics data. It stays with the submission itself.

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and we will tell anyone who has already submitted the form.
